Hitman Absolution gameplay improved
Down & Dirty It's Sunday, in fact we "fall back" today and while I gained an hour of sleep, it never quite helps to relieve the stress accumlated throughout the week. That's why they invented video games, I get to be someone I'm not and reep most of the benefits with none of the drawbacks reality serves up. Take for instance being an assassin, it's a great video game gig, probably not the easiest way to make a living in real life. The Hitman series has always been able to provide that quick stress release but had gotten stale in recent installments. Hitman Abosulation's trailer surfaced a few months back and just recently IO Interactive released a rather lengthy gameplay video. After watching I must say the game looks like an improvement from the old ones, the cover system seems to work without hassle, the dialoge even just amongst the NPCs is rather entertaining and oh yeah you are a badass. I will say i'm getting sick of the special infred/detective/gps vision every game is going to these days. That mode serves some uses but I don't see why Hitman has it, can we forget about streamlining games and just take things as they are? It seems the game will be linear with an actual storyline in place, which i'm an advocate of with all the sandbox games coming out. Hitman Absolution's release date has yet to be announced, but while you are here take a look at the E3 trailer and subscribe to our RSS feed why don't ya?
