Reset trailer entirely made of visuals from the in-game engine
Down & Dirty I stumbled upon this not too long ago and was amazed to read this was in-game footage. What's more that what you see is it...there's no game play developed as of yet and little else to go on. The trailer is beautiful and should you watch it more than once you'll start to notice all the small details put into it. Who made this you ask? Well Theory Interactive did. Feel free to ask who the hell they are because your guess is as good as ours. What's more, thus far the project is entirely self funded between Theory Interactive's two founders, Oksaharju and Mikko Kallinen. The Finland based team revealed in a recent interview that what you see in the trailer is actually a human in a mech exosuit named Zero-Two. The info certainly makes the trailer that more interesting and damnit we like interesting. R&R says make a damn kickstarter video so we can see this game come to life. Being able to create those visuals with such limited resources is nothing short of amazing-it would be like us here at R&R being wrong. Until then we'll just have to hope they can follow through on their promise that the trailer reflects real time time game play. You can find Theory Interactive on their blog website as well as facebook. You can find us on twitter @askrandr and on our RSS feed.
